Congratulations to Graham Sanders (pictured left) as recipient of the prestigious Barbershopper of The Year Award for 2018. The award is chosen by a committee of previous winners (continuing right), Jeff Snowman, Rodger Smith, and John Bittikofer. The honor recognizes Graham for going above and beyond to benefit the Nittany Knights Chorus in the year 2018.
Through the generous stewardship of the Centre Foundation, non-profit organizations local to State College, PA are provided the opportunity to receive donations through the Centre Gives campaign. This May 8th and 9th, patrons of a capella harmony helped the Nittany Knights raise more than $2800 to support our mission of providing a capella instruction and performance to the public as well as vocal music educational and financial support to local youth.
Thanks for your generosity in supporting the important mission of the Centre Foundation and ultimately to our very own organization.

The Nittany Knights performed their Annual Show at the State Theatre on May 6, 2017. The performance titled "New Beginnings" was presented at a new location under a new director, Graham Sanders, with many new songs for the audience to enjoy. Guest Quartet and Barbershop Harmony Society's International Quartet Champions of 2008, OC Times, breathed new life into swing standards, rock and roll classics, and even some country favorites.
